In the heart of Hamm, around the impressive St. Paulus Church on the market square, visitors can expect an enchanting Christmas village with plenty of festively decorated stalls – ideal for gifts, mulled wine, roasted almonds, and Christmas specialties. A special highlight is the Sparkassen Ice Magic: an environmentally friendly ice rink for ice skaters and curling – plastic-free, CO₂-neutral, and with skate rental on site.
During Advent, St. Paulus Church becomes a stage every evening: a creative video mapping show tells a heartwarming Christmas story with angel motifs on the tower facade – alternating several times a day at fixed times, including at 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
